Mission
As an innovative social enterprise, The Stride Center's mission is to empower men and women facing barriers to employment to achieve economic self-sufficiency. We provide a comprehensive career development program that includes job skills training, credentials, career coaching, work experience and job placement assistance.
Training The Stride Center surrounds students with a comprehensive array of curriculum and resources, ensuring that graduates can compete in the job market and are successful and thriving in their new career.
The Stride Center has developed a curriculum and teaching staff that responds to the unique circumstances of men and women who face barriers to employment and delivers a successful method of training, a professional environment for learning and a proven, comprehensive learning model that helps these deserving, capable people gain jobs, self respect and financial independence.

Work experience through our social venture enterprise, ReliaTech
Job placement assistance
In addition to the training programs, we extend our commitment to economic self-sufficiency by operating our own business enterprise.Ý ReliaTech is a full-service technology consulting, installation and maintenance business, providing paid and volunteer technical internship positions to students, jobs for graduates and contributing 100% of its net income to The Stride Centerís operating expenses.
